To All,

To date:

Requests for Removal Received 123

Completed 74

Pending Cleanup 21

Referred to CAU & Clean Team 24

Issues Preventing Cleanup 4

We will not be able to clean up the 24 as we still do not have access to the Clean Team truck. 17 of these locations were referred back on 4/29 and the balance were referred today.

We will reach out to the Borough Presidentís office again tomorrow to try to set u a process where the truck can be made available on a regular basis to all three precincts ( on weekends ) and we will coordinate the cleanups.

Any help our elected officials can lend will be greatly appreciated.

We will be doing some cleanups Friday night to take care of some locations with security gates.

We will also be repainting Rose Grayís house Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. A few volunteers from St. Peters have already signed on but we could use some additional hands. Click link for more details

We will also be cleaning up additional locations on Saturday and Sunday morning.

We still need help getting paint as we used what we received last weekend. We still have 4 outstanding vouchers in with the Mayorís CAU and could use some help getting them processed.

We have scheduled cleanups every Saturday beginning 5/24 throughout the spring and summer.

We will also be doing cleanups on Sunday morning with graffiti offenders serving their sentences through Where to Turn

We would like to exceed 100 locations by the end of the month.

We will need additional waivers and have gotten no feedback from SIBOR or the SIEDC.

Still no word from Lowes, Target or Home Depot.

We will use some of the money we receive from the Northfield Grant to purchase an industrial power washer as we canít wait any longer. At least this will be a back up as it appears getting access to the Clean Team truck is going to be anything but easy. The balance will go towards the production of our PSAís

We still need a venue for our Town Hall Meeting on Graffiti which we would like to have by the end of the month.

St. Peterís is the only school to respond to our Adopt a Block program and we have gotten no reponses from any civic or community groups.

Seems a lot of people like to complain but few want to actually help. The schools should really be pushing this as part of their commitment to the community, and the community and civic groups should be setting an example.

I have attached flyers and waivers please distribute.

Hope to hear from some groups soon.
